At its heart OILCAN-the musical is a community generated work. Three sung acts of RAP and Scottish AIRS reflecting a national culture of Scotland, all drawing on a WRITING TEAM recruited locally, and willing to collaborate. Scott is currently pulling together that WRITING TEAM to complete the libretto.
